This dashboard allows you to perform in-depth analysis of your customers' behavior across a wide range of parameters: segmentation, product sales by branch, loyalty members versus occasional customers, and more—all categorized according to the RFM model (Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value). This will enable you to easily generate targeted value propositions.
How does it work?
Segment selection: Choose a segment from the RFM model, such as "Top Customers," "At-risk Customers," and others.
Purchase type: Select whether you want to view data on customers who purchase online, offline, or both.
Data retrieval: Click on search, and the dashboard will display all the data based on the filters you have chosen.
What can you see on this dashboard?
Purchase distribution over time: Visualize your customers' purchasing patterns over time
Returning vs. New Customers: Understand the returning patterns of your customers.
Loyalty Members vs. Anonymous Customers: Understand the contribution of loyalty members compared to occasional customers.
Top Products or Leading Product Categories: Discover which products or categories are the most popular.
Repeat Purchase Frequency: Determine the number of customers based on their repeat purchase frequency, such as how many customers made a purchase once, twice, and so on.
The data you will see after the search will correspond to the filters you have chosen. At any stage, you can modify the filters, click the search button again, and enjoy the updated data!
